Founded in 2017 by Grégory Edberg and David Laroque, the boutique specializing in M&A and fundraising has just recruited a new partner in the person of Alexandre Henault (Essec), former director of Rothschild & Co and founder of the NovaTopo marketplace.
The boutique had already recruited Alexandra Matzneff in 2018, also an alumna of the bank in the Avenue de Messine. The young boutique has so far performed fifteen transactions, including the € 10 million fundraising of HostnFly carried out in 2019.
